Ultrameter multiparameter water quality meter
Myron L Ultrameter II or equivalent: one rugged handheld for conductivity, TDS, resistivity, pH, ORP, free chlorine and temperature, used by Mai Fina engineers to commission, troubleshoot and audit RO, DI, boiler and cooling water systems.

Conductivity, TDS, resistivity, pH, ORP, free chlorine (calculated from ORP) and temperature, from a sample poured into the built-in cell cup.

Conductivity 0–9999 µS/cm and 10–200 mS/cm in 5 autoranges; TDS 0–9999 ppm and 10–200 ppt; conductivity/TDS accuracy ±1% of reading; automatic temperature compensation 0–71 °C; KCl, 442 and NaCl conversion ratios; IP67 waterproof; 9 V battery for more than 100 hours (about 5,000 readings); user-replaceable pH/ORP sensor. An equivalent meter may have different specifications.
Where we use it
RO feed, permeate and concentrate; DI and EDI outlets (resistivity); boiler and cooling water; dialysis and food-processing water; drinking water tanks.
Why one meter
A single calibrated instrument gives consistent readings across the whole plant, so trends between visits mean something.
Care and calibration
Calibrate conductivity and pH against standard solutions, keep the pH sensor wet with its protective cap, and rinse the cell with sample before each reading.

Included: meter supply or use during our site visits and AMC, readings report and recommendations. Excluded unless written: laboratory analysis, calibration solutions beyond those supplied.
