Filter cartridges for RO pre-filtration and drinking water
Filter cartridges from Mai Fina: PP spun (PPF), PP yarn string-wound (PPY), CTO carbon block, GAC and pleated cartridges in 10, 20 and 40 inch, slim and jumbo (Big Blue) sizes, rated 1, 5, 10 and 25 micron, for RO pre-filtration and drinking water.
Cartridge types
- PP spun (PPF): melt-blown polypropylene depth sediment cartridge.
- PP yarn (PPY): string-wound polypropylene depth cartridge.
- CTO carbon block: removes chlorine, taste and odor.
- GAC cartridge: granular activated carbon for chlorine, taste and odor.
- Pleated: larger surface area, washable options.
Sizes and micron ratings
Lengths of 10, 20 and 40 inch in slim and jumbo (Big Blue) diameters; micron ratings of 1, 5, 10 and 25 micron. The rating is chosen to protect the RO membranes and the downstream equipment.
