We design, fabricate, install and commission water-treatment machines — from villa softeners to containerized 100,000 GPD camp RO and high-TDS UHPRO. The work is engineering first. Price follows the design.
Mai Fina FZC LLC is a UAE water-treatment company. We size plants from the laboratory analysis, write the BOQ, build the skid or container in workshop, deliver, install and leave a commissioning log — feed TDS, product TDS, flows and pressures — so the client can run the machine.
Work already delivered and quoted covers oilfield and utility camps (Al Khazna, Bu Hissa / Khan Sahib, Al Jumma, ASAB, Buhasa), industrial EDI / DI for process water, villa and laundry softeners, bottled-water RO, and recycle trains for hotels, laundry and car-wash.
We do not sell a “standard 100k GPD” off a flyer. Feed TDS, hardness, silica, power and the product specification decide the membrane type, pump duty, vessel rating and whether the package is brackish, seawater or UHPRO.
Ion analysis in. Recovery, flux, membrane family and pump curve out. P&ID and BOQ written before a price is locked.
SS skid or 20 / 40 ft container. FRP vessels, 8040 array, HP and feed pumps, dosing, CIP, protection panel. FAT where the LPO requires it.
Site install, electrical termination to the client isolator, performance log, O&M handover. AMC every two months with 24-hour emergency call-out.
Workshop and engineering desk in the UAE. Site work across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and the Western Region camps. Export packages (Nigeria bottled-water class, Riyadh / KSA process water) are designed here and shipped with installation terms written in the quotation.
We will not put brackish 8040 membranes on a 12,000 mg/L well and call it a seawater plant. We will not hide consumables inside a lump sum and then invoice them as extra without writing the exclusion. Membranes, pump motors and pump seals stay out of AMC unless the contract says otherwise.
