A complete reverse-osmosis machine — not a filter cabinet. Raw-water intake, pretreatment, high-pressure pumping, 8040 membrane array, permeate and reject headers, CIP, chemical dosing and a protection panel. Nameplate is continuous gallons per day at the design temperature and recovery. If the well is still brackish (typically a few hundred to about 5,000–8,000 mg/L TDS) this is the package. Above that band the same mechanical layout moves onto seawater membranes (see SWRO).
Utility and oilfield camps (Habshan / Buhasa / Al Khazna / Khan Sahib / Al Jumma class), factories, and any site where tanker or municipal water is too expensive. Product usually feeds a camp tank and then a ring main. Reject can go to dust suppression, toilets or drain — never back to the well without a written scheme.
Raw tank or flooded suction → feed pump (duty calculated; 4–6 HP class is common on mid plants) → multimedia / FRP 4272 where solids or colour require it → jumbo or cluster cartridge (20″, 5 µm then 1 µm) → antiscalant dosing and acid dosing if LSI / pH demand it → high-pressure pump → pressure vessels (typically 5-element 600 psi FRP; 4 vessels on a 100,000 GPD / 20-element array) → permeate to product tank → reject to drain or further use. CIP tank and pump sit on the same skid or in the container aisle. Flush to permeate on shutdown where specified.

Design from the analysis, fabrication, FAT at workshop where agreed, delivery to UAE site, mechanical installation of the package, electrical termination to the client isolator, commissioning, performance log (feed / product TDS, flows, pressures), O&M handover.
Civil tanks and foundations, incoming power beyond the isolator, raw and product tank supply, interconnecting yard piping outside the skid battery limit, chemicals for first fill if not listed, membranes / seals / motors later called “out of scope” on AMC.
Ion analysis (TDS, hardness, iron, silica, pH, temperature as a minimum), required GPD at 24 h or at shift hours, power available (415 V / 3 ph typical), product destination (tank or ring), container vs open skid, and who owns civil tanks.
Lump-sum supply + installation + commissioning. Payment has been written as 75% advance, as 90/10, and as 25% / 50% on delivery / 25% on commissioning. VAT 5% extra. Warranty 12 months from commissioning on plant components; cartridges and chemicals excluded. Emergency attendance is AMC, not warranty.
