Brackish and seawater desalination for factories, utilities and process plants, plus food-grade RO for beverage, dairy, bakery and food processing: hygienic materials, consistent product TDS, mineral adjustment and UV where specified, sized on the real feed analysis.
Industrial desalination
Brackish-water and seawater RO trains for factories, utilities, camps and process plants, from skid-mounted to containerised 20,000–100,000 GPD and above. Membrane type, array, pumps and pretreatment are chosen on the actual feed analysis, with CIP, antiscalant / acid dosing and a PLC or contactor panel with plant protection.
Food-processing RO
Process water for beverage, dairy, bakery, ice, meat and poultry, and general food production. Food-contact materials (SS316/SS304 and food-grade piping), stable product TDS for consistent taste and recipes, optional remineralisation, UV or ozone disinfection, and documentation suited to food-safety audits.
Process
Feed analysis → media / carbon / softening as required → cartridge filtration → BW or SW RO → post-treatment (pH / mineral adjustment, UV) → product tank and distribution. Optional second pass or EDI where the process needs lower conductivity.
Design data we need
Feed source and full analysis, required daily volume and peak, product quality per use point (process, CIP, boiler, ingredient water), available power and space, and any food-safety or customer specifications.
Included / excluded
Included: process design, pretreatment, RO train, dosing, post-treatment, panel, installation and commissioning as BOQ, AMC on request. Excluded unless written: civil works, building piping beyond the skid, outfall / brine discharge permits.
