Removes calcium and magnesium so heaters, irons, RO membranes, glassware and linen stop scaling. It does not make water potable by itself and it does not cut TDS the way RO does — conductivity may stay similar while hardness falls.
On hardness (mg/L as CaCO₃) and peak m³/h — not on “number of bathrooms”. Twin FRP with Clack WSITC-S (or equal) so one vessel is in service while the other regenerates. Jumbo sediment / carbon upstream. Brine tank cleaned and charged on AMC. Villa options already quoted (Yas Acres / Furjan class) as two capacity bands plus an optional 100 GPD 8-stage drinking RO.
