Hotels pay for city water twice — once into the laundry and once as tanker / sewer leaving it. Hard water scales irons and greys linen. Dumping wash water wastes a stream that can be cleaned enough for the last rinse.
Duplex FRP + Clack on the city or tank feed to washers and guest HW loops if ordered. Jumbo pretreatment. Salt AMC. This is what improves wash quality first: detergent works, heaters last, fabric stays white.
Wash + first-rinse drains → lint screen → balance tank → biological / MBR cassette → disinfection → optional RO polish → locked to the final-rinse valves only. Target recovery ~70% of that drain flow. Guest potable taps stay on city water unless a separate RO + UV train is ordered. Kitchen FOG belongs on a grease trap before it sees the MBR.
The last water that touches the linen decides spots and residual surfactant. Feeding recovered water there raises finish quality and cuts city makeup. First wash can stay on soft city water.
Plant room, floor channels, equalisation tank if not in our skid, power isolator, existing drain overflow. Mai Fina battery limit is the skid flanges unless the quotation says otherwise.
