Recovers 70–80% of grey, sewer and laundry drain water as rinse, flushing or irrigation water — built for hotels, laundries, camps and facilities.
Duty
Recover 70–80% of grey, sewer and laundry drain water as clear reuse water for final rinse, toilet flushing, cooling makeup or irrigation, as the client specifies. Lower DEWA / ADDC and tanker bills. Not a licence to put recycled water on drinking taps.
Who it suits
Hotels and resorts, commercial and hotel laundries, labour camps, residential towers, malls and car-wash plant rooms — any site that buys water and pays to send it away again.
Process
Fine screen / lint → equalisation → anoxic/aerobic biology as designed → submerged MBR cassette → permeate tank → chlorine or UV → optional RO if TDS or colour still fails the rinse spec → distribution to the locked reuse header. Surplus and sludge to the existing drain or tanker.

Daily m³ of drain, peak hour, temperature, whether the kitchen is on the same line, existing pit volume, reuse points (rinse / flush / landscape), and the utility's reuse rules for that emirate.
Included / excluded
Included: process design, MBR skid, cassette, blowers as BOQ, permeate pump, disinfection as BOQ, control panel, commissioning and recovery log (in vs product flow). Excluded unless written: civil pits, building drain reroute, tanker sludge contract, potable conversion (needs extra RO + UV + approvals).
