Measure actual GPD vs nameplate, feed and product TDS, vessel count, membrane type, gauges and the built-in TDS meter. Typical findings: meter dead, BW elements on SW-range feed, end-caps or seals failed, production 40–50% of plate. Quotation then splits: (1) restore nameplate with SW 8040 set + meter, (2) optional extra vessel + elements if the client wants 100,000 GPD from a 75,000 GPD frame.
