~3 m³/h permeate ≈ 19,000–20,000 GPD on a soft borehole (~255 mg/L, hardness ~38 mg/L). High recovery (~75%) is safe at that hardness. Train: raw tank (often client) → pre-chlorination → dual media → carbon → 5 µm → antiscalant + SMBS → 1 µm / 0.45 µm → HP pump @ 10–12 bar → 1-pass RO on 2 × 2-element 8040 vessels when so specified → UV + residual chlorine / 0.2 µm as the standard demands → mineral dosing (pumps, tanks, agitator) when ordered. Permeate tank omitted when the client already has it.
Auto bottle line quoted with supplier photos, features and BOQ (e.g. XGF8-8-4 + GXD-300 class), FOB or delivered as written, 100% advance with LPO on that package. A layout drawing marks included vs client-side utilities so the factory is not surprised.
Boreholes that are chemically easy can still carry Pseudomonas and yeast. Post-RO UV and absolute filtration are not optional on packaged water. Product-contact after RO is SS316L or food-grade plastic. Online conductivity with divert is compulsory on the water train we recommend.
Blow moulder, lab accreditation, raw and product civil tanks, factory HVAC, and any filler item struck off the layout.
